Learn the basics of the advanced Comidor cloud Collaboration apps in just 5 minutes!


  1. Create your Organizational Chart

Any Comidor administrator can create the organization chart of the company. Based on it your business operations can be automated by assigning tasks or project phases to the responsible groups, assign orders to end users, etc.

  • Click here to be transferred to the Comidor Users & Groups app!

  • Select to “Create a Group” by pressing the “Actions” button (between the search fields).

  • After creating your organization’s groups you can easily click and drop any user(s) to the groups where they belong

  • By clicking on any group node with users, you can select the leaders of the group by clicking on the * icon next to their names.


  1. Create an Event

Create a new event and invite any Comidor user you would wish to attend!

  • Click here to be transferred to the Comidor Events Organizer app!

  • Press the “+” button (next to the word “Events”).

  • Fill-in the data and press “Save”.

  • You just created your first Comidor event which any user can choose to attend!

  • (Tip: You can select the “Save and notify” option to notify a specific group or user on event’s creation)


  1. Create a new Topic

Start forum topics for discussion with your colleagues for views exchange


  1. Add Wikis content

Share useful guides, how tos and best practices with your colleagues via the Wikis unit
