- Sentiment Analysis that interprets and classifies emotions and attitudes included in text e.g. emails received from customers
- Predictive Models that enable users to perform predictive modeling, a process that uses data and statistics to predict anything from marketing results to financial decisions, and customer satisfaction
- Text Classification that categorises business information such as customer emails, documents, web pages, and marketing messages in a fast and cost-effective way
- Document Analyser that analyses files (pdf or images), identifies the text content, and then extracts it partially or fully
