Comidor Timesheets not only record the amount of a worker’s time spent on each job, but also provide a multi-dimensional analysis due to the fact that the Comidor Timesheet can be based not only on tasks, but also on projects, opportunities, issues (cases) and schedules!
Comidor Timesheet screen is straight-forward and easy-to-understand. On top, there are some filters that apply when the “Execute” button is pressed. Following the classic Timesheet approach, the horizontal dimension displays time (week period). Since Comidor uses Timesheets in many modules, the vertical dimension of the Timesheet table can be either: Employees, Projects, Schedules, Cases, Accounts or Opportunities.
Comidor Timesheets can be used by a Project Manager to monitor work overloads and also retrieve available resources. He can then contact the HR department and report the overloads, explain overtime charges and reward a team member for his efforts.
